Black braided silk

Black Braided Silk suture is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological procedures. The protein is derived from the domesticated silkworm Bombyx mori f the family Bombycidae. The filament is processed to remove natural waxes. The suture is available in white or dyed black with a silicone coating for smooth passage through tissues and for easy handling of the product.
